RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualifies opportunities to determine validity of shipment request.
- Coordinates client needs and requests with internal stakeholders.
- Input data and emit documents through the customer and UWL’s system.
- Send quotation and prospects to Trade.
- Direct support to US pricing, Trade and sales/GAT teams.
- Operates day-to-day tasks within a workflow if applicable.
- Management of rates for ongoing clients on bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Communicates with operations.
- Manages rate input systematically into CargoWise for both Buy and Sell.
- Responsible for UWL Reconciliation for both EB and WB vessels.
