**Your role**

- Assume accountability to lead Latam Consumer Fragrance & Oral Care Marketing & Consumer Research teams establishing departmental strategies & priorities.

- Anticipate, develop, and implement of holistic marketing & consumer research plans that support Business Unit strategies delivering against regional/global objectives.

- Partner closely with the Business Unit, Global Category Leaders, R&D and Global Consumer & Market Intelligence to deliver world class marketing & research solutions for customer briefs and strategic internal platforms.

- Create and deliver engage presentation (client, category, trends, insights), supporting cost list processes and represent Asia Consumer Market Insights in key client top to top meetings.

- Through strong leadership, foster and bridge winning, collaborative partnership with internal client groups (BU Management, Sales, GCL, Applied Research, Neuroscience) both regional & global as well as external stakeholders like clients/partners.

- Promote Consumer Fragrances capabilities/categories, as well as differentiating Consumer relevant technologies & fragrance solutions.

- Lead support for Oral Care Consumer research related activities.

- Create and sustain Symrise competitive advantage through continuous innovations and advancement of Marketing & Consumer Research tools.

- Manage and cultivate the Latam Consumer & Market Intelligence talent to be best in class, high performing teams by providing expert guidance, building & coaching on career pathways and by developing training & succession plans.

- Responsible for developing, controlling, and monitoring Latam Marketing & Research budgets.

- Communicate and collaborate with Global & Regional Marketing & Research colleagues to ensure harmonized practices and ways of working, open information sharing across regions and category platforms while supporting respective region portion of global platforms.

- Oversee external vendor partner relationships, negotiate, and manage secondary data vendor contracts.

- Engagement/partnerships with relevant influencers, trend setters, marketing institutions, research institutions, universities, media & advertisement agencies.

**About you**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Research, Communication or Business Administration with more than 10 years’ experience.

- Excellence working experience leading out & developing teams is a must have.

- Current or pass experience working experience with Fragrance industry, Consumer Product Industries such as Beauty/Luxury/HomeCare or Oral Care is an added advantage.

- Strong in Marketing & Communication tools, Consumer Research methods, trends and tools and the ability to analyze & interpret primary/secondary data research.

- Experience in managing & implementing regional/global projects.

- Able to manage diverse cross functional teams, projects and have a high level of interpersonal and intercultural skills.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment while effectively managing multiple projects & relationships with conflicting timelines and priorities.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively build partnerships, influence stakeholders and decision making at all levels on a global matrix organization.

- Highly creative, innovative, and intuitive equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset & forward thinking.

- Self-starter, independent, reliable, and proactive in identifying value added activities to drive new opportunities.

- Highly polished and possess solid presentation skills both oral & written to clearly communicate vision, strategy, and consumer findings.
