Currently, we are looking for you to join as a Tech Lead. **Job Brief** The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading and managing development teams and will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and execution of software development projects within the company, focusing in help their team to active the goals and at the same time measuring the teams velocity, identifying the bottlenecks and help the team to evolve technically. The Tech Lead will work closely with Product and Operations teams as the main technical reference and will be responsible for ensuring deliveries of high-quality software on time **Main Duties and Responsibilities** - Technical and functional training of new employees/developers of company, including mentoring for professional development; - Participation in defining the architecture of systems, evaluating technologies and new trends; - Assume the responsibility for projects and working together with the Product Owner (PO) in defining priorities, monitoring tasks and final delivery of the product; - Assistance in the analysis and functional and technical definition of activities to be carried out by other employees/developers; - Control the progress of tasks and any impediment that hinders the development of tables; - Use of "JIRA" or any other activity control tool defined for project control; - Execution of code review of deliveries made by other developers; - Systems development using mainly ".NET" languages; - Application of Test Driven Development (TDD) concept with development of unit tests and - Code versioning using GIT and following Branch Scheme of the projects (git flow or other Branch Scheme defined for the project). **Requirements**: - Good knowledge in MS SQL - Experience in system administration, mainly Windows systems - Very good English skills, both spoken and written. - Good negotiation and communication skills - Good organization skills and attention to detail - Relevant work experience as Team Lead in software development projects is a plus - Ability to work independently on own tasks. **Our Offer** - Competitive remuneration - Paid vacation - Full remote policy - Dynamic and friendly work environment - Birthday day off - Benefits Card
