**Descrição Sumária**:

- Desenvolver trabalhos de baixa complexidade na área de Planejamento de Pessoal, incluindo o suporte programação de trocas de turmas das unidades offshore, preparação de relatórios diversos com informações pertinentes a controle de vôos, diárias de embarque e localização de pessoal por unidade.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Organizar embarques e desembarques de todo pessoal offshore, interagindo com a equipe de Logística

para que sejam feitos os arranjos de transporte e acomodação dos funcionários, quando necessário.
- Interagir com o OMT e lideranças de terra nas programações de trocas de turmas, SISPAT, vôos

eventuais e/ou especiais.
- Preparar e distribuir correspondências para a equipe de Logistica, contemplando informações referentes

ao planejamento de embarque do público offshore.
- Contatar os funcionários offshore para informar ou confirmar o planejamento de embarque.
- Registrar e reportar custos e faltas provenientes de programações de embarque e desembarque de

pessoal.
- Efetuar o registro e controle mensal de diárias de embarque do pessoal offshore para emissão de

relatórios e encaminhamento aos departamentos interessados.
- Suportar a gerência na supervisão de pessoas Jr. na equipe, bem como no treinamento das ferramentas

e execução das tarefas diárias.
- **Formação Escolaridade**:

- Superior completo.
- Inglês intermediário.
- Informática : Pacote office e excel
