**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the TTS Sales revenue growth in Brazil for GSG Clients and subsidiaries located in São Paulo - Brazil.
- Act as a team leader.
- Fully align TTS goals with the overall Brazil and LATAM Sales Head’s goals and Sector Heads.
- Drive and leverage new opportunities based on digital transformation and new payments ecosystem (Pix, E-Commerce) in Brazil.
- Support GSG Clients to develop their business model in Brazil based on constant regulatory changes in a market with a high degree of sophistication.
- Develop strong partnerships with Corporate Banking and Relationship teams across Brazil and the GSG Franchise.
- Be the senior GSG leader in Brazil and lead Sector clients assigned to portfolio and escalation point for all important matters for the portfolio of clients.
- Support inbound / outbound opportunities of the sector with key Brazilian parented customers expanding globally across regions helping to meet their global TTS needs
- Drive TTS Sales processes and sales disciplines, including customer needs analysis, budgeting, wallet sizing, account planning, and ICG relationship reviews
- Work in collaboration with partners in Client Operations, Client Experience, Implementation, Technology, Product and Market Management and the Account Management team to contribute towards positive Voice of the Client results
- Drive Sector Results based on Key measures: Revenue, Pipeline, Wins and Origination growth as well as ensure call
Drive overall client satisfaction with the TTS platform and build customer loyalty
- Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
- Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience
- Broad client management experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills (including self-organizational skills)
- Superior client management & deal negotiation skills
- Ability to interact at all levels of global, regional and local.
- Superior interpretive and problem solving skills
- Excellent team working and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment
- CPA 20 Certification
- Respond quickly to market trends and developments to be first in front of clients with solutions
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
- Preferably a Master’s degree
- Language: English and Portuguese with Spanish Being a plus
