Gerente Distrital Promoção Médica - Farma

Desenvolver, treinar e direcionar a equipe de vendas na cobertura dos objetivos da sua distrital;
Assegurar uma eficiente gestão dos recursos humanos e financeiros, como verba promocional e planejamento e cumprimento do plano de despesas;
Analisar as informações de mercado da sua área e propor alternativas para refinar a estratégia e tática que suportam os produtos com base na realidade de mercado;
Coordenar a implementação das atividades de marketing em linha com a estratégia e o plano tático previamente definidos;
Garantir o cumprimento do calendário de treinamento e assegurar a execução das atividades dentro das políticas de compliance e conduta comercial;
Realizar o acompanhamento do trabalho do seu time, aplicando o coaching de campo como ferramenta para análise dos resultados e direcionamento de cada colaborador;
Identificar as áreas de desenvolvimento técnico e competências de cada colaborador e aplicar um plano de desenvolvimento para o cumprimento das atividades com excelência.
