Here at Align, the Internal Audit team plays a strategic role by evaluating processes, controls, and risks and supporting business areas in their pursuit of efficiency, compliance, and value creation. This position reports directly to the Audit Manager in Brazil and involves frequent contact with the global team, especially colleagues in the United States, offering learning opportunities in a multicultural environment. **In this position, you will...**: - Support the execution of internal control testing, focusing on meeting the requirements of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) legislation. - Assist in process mapping, risk assessment, and control identification. - Participate in meetings with different departments to understand processes and validate information. - Contribute to data analysis, identify improvements, and support the follow-up of action plans. - Provide support for other activities and projects within the Internal Audit team, as needed. **To qualify for this position, you must...**: - Be currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. - Have strong communication skills, proactiveness, and a willingness to learn. - Be proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking), as it will be used in daily tasks.
