**About the team**:
**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - HR Talent Attraction - Tech Recruiter Intern
**Location**: São Leopoldo, Brazil

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Support the Proactive Hiring for Diversity and Inclusion
- Communicate (in writing and on the telephone) with applicants in English
- Support recruiters during university recruiting events
- Support HR marketing initiatives
- Participate in global and regional team calls
- Work on projects as required
**Who you are**:

- We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- University student enrolled to Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related areas
- Advanced English skills (written & spoken)
- Experience with HR or Talent Acquisition/Attraction/Recruiting is a plus
Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers
- Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
