5+ years’ experience automating tests cases using web automation frameworks such as Selenium
- 5+ years working with build & test configuration tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Unix Shell scripting, Gradle, GIT, and SQL
- 5+ years working with Test Planning, execution, and tracking tools.
- 2+ years testing web service APIs (SOAP or REST)
- 2+ years working with Jenkins, GitLab or similar CI/CD tools, to integrate, run and monitor the automation scripts.
- Comfortable with ambiguity as needs change on a regular basis with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency
- Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to interact with product and engineering teams.
- Experience with writing and review test plans, test cases and automation code reviews for assigned features

Job summary
You'll work closely across multi-functional development teams to help discover, recreate, and debug issues. You will have the opportunity to contribute and grow our web automation code and framework. What you'll do
- Lead test automation web projects and work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Work collaboratively with the QA, development and product teams to understand requirements and create flexible test suites
- Review feature specification, requirements, and product design for testability of the features.
- Develop, configure and maintain web automated tests, review code and create/track bug tickets in JIRA
- Write maintainable and efficient automated tests (preferably using the Page Object Design Pattern).
- Expand automation coverage and integrate the tests with CI process.
- Maintain quality and stability of the test automation across multiple features
- Contribute towards maintainability and scalability of test automation framework
- Be a focused results-oriented team player.
- Write test plans, test cases for assigned features
- Be an able mentor to help nurture the automation skills of QA engineers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience designing and developing a test framework is a plus.
