The role:
The Talent Acquisition Intern assists in the administration of day-to-day operations of recruiting functions and duties. This Intern performs responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relationships, training, benefits, and employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Populate and maintain contact with Talent Pools.
- Work on other HR projects such as Benchmarking, Internal Talent, Diversity, Onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Perform administrative tasks to meet the team´s goals.
- Work on on the translation and development of job descriptions and other documents.

What we need to see from you:

- Currently pursuing Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Psychology.
- Intermediate English level Spanish is a plus
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Team player.
- Confidentiality of sensitive data, diplomacy and hard work.
- Strong communication, planning, organization, multitasking skills.
