Main activities:

- Assist in coordinating and monitoring supply chain activities, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Support procurement processes, including issuance of RFQs, placements of POs and documentation approval follow-up.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits.
- Collaborate with suppliers to track shipments and resolve any issues related to delivery.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on NOV objectives.
- Help manage logistics, including scheduling shipments and coordinating transportation both locally and internationally.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Perform data entry and maintain supply chain databases and documentation.

Main requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in supply chain or logistics (internships included) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Oracle EBS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
