**Who We Are Looking For**

Our marketing team plays an important role in driving the growth and success of our products and services. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of our marketing efforts across various channels.

**What You'll Do**
- Implement strategies to identify and generate high-quality leads that align with our target audience.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings, increase visibility, and drive more traffic to our digital platforms.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, and event promotions in line with our audience.
- Coordinate and manage our monthly webinars and podcasts, including scheduling, promoting, and interacting with guests and participants.
- Oversee our social media presence, ensuring effective messaging across all platforms, and engaging with our online community to build relationships.
- Create and implement marketing strategies that focus on driving the growth of our products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of previous Marketing experience is required.
- Previous experience using any CRM, such as Hubspot.
- Experience with SaaS companies or technology products is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of content creation, blogs and SEO.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Job Details**

Title: Marketing Specialist

**Salary: 1800 - 2000 CAD/month - around R$ 7.200 - R$ 8.000 (based on skills)**

Position: 1

Location: Remote

Type: Permanent - Full Time

Work Mode: Remote (Laptop and necessary equipment provided by the office)

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9 to 6 EST
