**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and follow-up on action items from meetings and document decisions and outcomes.
- Ensure that the website development timetable, budget, Statement of Work (SOW) are kept up to date and any variances or exceptions are documented and resolved.
- Facilitate calls between web developer, third party vendors and other internal resources as needed. Be the POC between Corporate and Regional team.
- Schedule resources needed for QA and UAT testing and educate testers on process and logging accordingly
- Demand Governance Model using BD Methodologies
- Work closely with the business to define the metrics for their process area.
- Identification of issues and associated mitigation plans and escalation, as needed
- Drive process optimization through Continuous Improvement capabilities (Six Sigma, Lean and validation tools coupled with ERP)

**Qualifications**:

- Solid experience in SFDC implementations and support
- Advanced/ Fluent English
- Spanish desirable
- Experience in SFDC Processes and Customizing
- Coordinate Priority and demands support from the areas, and driving project implementation skills
- Leadership and project management skills to coordinate project implementation
- Good analytical and problem resolution skills to solve business conflicts.
