**Área: Disputes & Investigations**
**Projetos**:
- Atuar em projetos de compliance que envolvem a identificação de riscos, verificação e monitoramento dos processos de clientes, visando atender as exigências dos órgãos reguladores e normas internas dos clientes
- Desenvolver documentações relacionadas a riscos e compliance em geral, tais como Diretrizes, Políticas, Procedimentos, instruções normativas, incluindo os de Investigações Internas, de Due Diligence, Treinamento e Comunicação, de Trade Controls, brindes, Conflitos de Interesses
- Implementar programas de Integridade para atendimento a Leis Anticorrupção
- Verificar o cumprimento das diretrizes traçadas, para identificar operações suspeitas
- Propor e monitorar as automatizações e melhorias de processos e procedimentos
- Ajudar no esclarecimento de dúvidas do cliente, identificar formas de otimizar indicadores e processos e promover a qualidade nas entregas dos projetos
**Competências profissionais**:
- Sólidos conceitos técnicos aprendidos na universidade
- Pró-atividade para adquirir conhecimentos relacionados a gestão de projetos
- Iniciativa, pró-atividade e _drive _para tomada de decisões
- _Critical thinking skills_
- Habilidades para atuar sob pressão
- Habilidade para desenvolver bom relacionamento com cliente
- Habilidade para apresentação em detalhe das análises realizadas para gestores e cliente
Pré-requisitos:
- Formação acadêmica em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Estatística e áreas correlatas
- Conhecimento avançado do Pacote Office
- Excel avançado
- Inglês ou espanhol avançado
- Será um diferencial profissionais com experiência em projetos/área de Compliance, Riscos e Controles Internos, Leis anticorrupção, investigação interna ou forense
- Será um diferencial o conhecimento de ferramentas de análise de dados e BI (Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau, etc.)
- Disponibilidade para viagens constantes
