**Project**

International project for a nonprofit social enterprise with a mission to increase career opportunities for the 71 million adults in the U.S. who do not have a four-year college degree but are Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs) in the United States.

**Responsibilities**

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for the implementation and support of their Talent Marketplace. This scope of the responsibility includes the user interface, scalability, interoperability APIs, and security. The role includes scoping requirements, contributing to design documents, and implementing features.

**What is expected of you for success in your role**:

- Build full stack, highly customized systems, from scalable backend services to frontend projects
- Plan and implement enhancements, and in some cases, new products
- Study, analyze, and implement the use of low-code and no-code tools as part of the development strategy
- Work with the Product Owner and Developers to ensure the team is technically aligned
- Establish additional internal development tools, workflows, and policies
- Provide higher-level direction for features and the project as a whole

**Requirements (Must have)**
- Fluent English
- 4+ years as a Full-stack developer (2+ Python and 2 + React)
- 1+ year experience as a technical leader
- Availability to learn low-code and no-code tools as part of the development strategy
- Experience managing software development Agile projects
- Familiarity with automated testing platforms
- Expert in developing APIs
- Expert in using relational and non-relational database
- Strong communication and transparency skills
- Good decision-making skills

**Requirements (Nice to Have)**
- Experience with low-code tools (Locofy, Outsystems, Wappler, Vinyl, etc.) and/or no-code tools (Bubble, Flutterflow, Quest, Anvil, etc.)
