Fazer troca/ abastecimento de insumos nos equipamentos;
Tirar atolamento do equipamento;
Fazer retiradas de insumos do estoque e fazer os devidos lançamentos nos controles;
Identificar e assegurar que o requerimento será totalmente atendido;
Controlar a qualidade do serviço;
Assegurar o tempo resposta SLA do contrato;
Garantir a satisfação do cliente;
Informar ao Supervisor ou ao cliente a finalização do serviço;
Controlar os medidores dos equipamentos e reportar para o supervisor do site;
Fazer rondas periódicas para abastecimento dos máquinas descentralizadas;
Fazer o imput de informações (medidores e troca de insumos) no sistema de controle;
Preencher planilhas com as informações da produção referentes aos equipamentos;
Abrir chamado técnico e monitorar até a conclusão, e reportar qualquer demora na solução do

problema;
Protocolar entrega do documento. Receber os serviços no balcão de atendimento;
Manter os equipamentos descentralizados limpos, com limpezas periódicas

Utilizar EPI recomendado

Trabalhar seguindo normas de segurança, higiene, qualidade
