- Execute the day-to-day activities regarding Direct (Actual Profit) and Indirect taxes, withholding tax (IRRF, CSRF, INSS and ISS) and other taxes calculation including tax returns filing, preparation of payment slips and submission of ancillary obligations.
- Review and management of services invoices issued against the company.
- Tax and accounting reconciliation, filling in the tax forms for compensation procedures.
- Monitoring of internal controls related to the area of taxes for standardization of processes, aiming to ensure the tax compliance.
- Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax regulations.
- Analyze and review transfer pricing operations, ensuring compliance with national legislation.
- Prepare and draft Transfer Pricing reports, identifying necessary adjustments.
- Advise internal departments on the impacts of changes in operations involving Transfer Pricing.
- Coordinate and monitor processes related to the Drawback regime, including controls over imports and exports linked to the benefit.
- Work with tax incentives under the Technological Innovation Law, mapping eligible projects for incentives and preparing the necessary documentation. Prepare supportive documents needed for tax audit.
- Analysis of related tax legislation for special project, clarification of doubts about tax bookkeeping and applicable taxation in the invoices received.
- Working on improvements and corrections in the SAP system related to controls/parameters for tax calculations and reports.
