**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:College degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering. To exercise the function, registration with CREA must be active at the time of hiring.

**Experience**:Minimum of 4 years of experience in activities related to production processes and quality requirements for Fabricated Items (cutting, bending, welding, machining, and painting).

**Knowledge**:APQP and PPAP methodologies (mainly PFMEA and Control Plan) and methods for problem solving and root cause definition (example: MASP).

**Language**:Pre Advanced English

**Behavioral Competencies**:Good interpersonal relationship, good communication, pro-activity, leadership, teamwork, problem solving, resilience and good negotiation skills.

**Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7h24 to 16h24**

- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Critical Process auditing techniques, Supplier Development Activities and Power BI (programming).
- Knowledge in Foundry, Metallurgy and Heat Treatment.
- Attending or having attended post-graduation and/or Masters and/or MBA.

**Job duties and challenges**:Strong presence at suppliers to ensure Zero Defect culture, dynamic environment, availability for national and occasionally international travel.

**Main customers and suppliers**:Will work closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Caterpillar plants (Brazil and abroad) and Product engineering teams.
