**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and segmentation
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Customer.io
- Familiarity with Customer.io features and functions for segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign management
- Experience setting up and managing automated workflows within CRMs
- Ability to integrate these tools with other marketing technologies to create a seamless customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments

What you will do:

- Analyze customer data and create customer segments for marketing campaigns
- Develop trigger communications for different customer segments to drive conversions
- Analyze campaign results and adjust communication strategies to improve results
- Create A/B tests to optimize messaging and increase performance
- Develop reports on the success of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
