**Your Role**:
As a **Data Quality Lead / Project Manager**, you will champion data governance initiatives, ensuring robust data quality, consistency, and compliance across projects. You will also lead projects, balancing timelines, scope, and stakeholder engagement with a deep understanding of data-centric architectures.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive data quality strategy across teams and departments.
- Define, track, and report key data quality KPIs and proactively address anomalies.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product managers to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Define and maintain data quality rules, validation processes, and cleansing routines.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and planning to execution and go-live.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and risk management.
- Integrate best practices in Agile delivery and AI-assisted workflows (Gen-e2) in project execution.

**Who You Are**:

- 5+ years in Data Quality, Data Governance, or similar data-centric leadership roles.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in data or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of data quality dimensions (completeness, consistency, accuracy, timeliness).
- Proficient in data profiling tools, ETL pipelines, and quality frameworks (e.g., DQ rules, scorecards, anomaly detection).
- Experience working with SQL, Python, or data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Talend, Informatica).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Agile / Scrum experience; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- English fluency required; French or Spanish is a plus.
