Management Trainee - Infrastructure Consultant

as a fresh Graduate, Management Trainee - Infrastructure Consultant will be able to gain an in in-depth understanding of the latest technologies in Networks, Cloud Computing and Cyber security. Working in a multidisciplinary delivery group, you will engage in Infrastructure Projects Delivery, Infrastructure Operations and Cyber Security Operations after engaging in a comprehensive training program during a period of one year.

Further, you will be responsible to support project delivery teams in carrying out daily project tasks, engage in infrastructure operation process supporting analysts in day-to-day operational issues.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Project Delivery
- Engage with the team in planning and setting user story deliverables to understand the process;
- Support in designing and developing new IT infrastructure solutions in collaboration with the team;
- Ensure proper hand over of project delivery to other teams (when applicable).

Process Improvement
- Identify and prioritize IT process improvements;
- Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Gemba, Sprint Retro meetings, etc. ;
- Support new process implementation and sustainability.

Skills Development
- Understand IT processes across different value streams during the training period;
- Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions, enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in an scrum development approach;
- Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Information & Communication Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information System or any related discipline or equivalent qualification
- Exposure to AWS (Amazon Web Services), Infrastructure Platforms will be an added advantage
- You are self motivated, committed and a good team player
- You have excellent communication skills in English
