**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of part of the Group’s Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams, ensuring efficient processing, strong vendor and customer relationships, and effective cash management.
- Delivery of part of the Group’s Accounting and Business Partnering function.
- Preparation for review of business partnering packs for your area of expertise sufficient to be the financial decision-making basis for Financial reporting, ensuring financial compliance with local and international standards.
- Support aspects of the delivery of the Group’s external audits resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain compliance with internal control requirements, and other relevant standards.
- Support the Group’s delivery of tax compliance for areas under remit, acting as the primary point of contact for your area.
- An important element of the role is communicating with different stakeholders within Business units in-country, and in organizations across Europe and the Rest of the World, as well as with European management.
- Propose and support implementation of process and control standardization and improvement initiatives.
- Propose and support implementation of ad hoc project and finance transformation activities.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience of working on financial operations and/or accounting in multiple jurisdictions is desirable.
- Knowledge of using multiple accounting packages or ERP’s is desirable.
- Good written and verbal English language skills essential.
