Import and Procurement Analyst

Import and Procurement Analyst, will be responsible for all procedures related to all purchases made by Sciex Latin America East whether national or international, for services, materials, parts, equipment and etc.
Manage all purchase orders mentioned above, starting from the request of the requesting area, until the complete delivery of materials / services to the requested destinations in ERP System (Protheus)
Constantly deal with problem solving to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Perform all its activities in accordance with the company's compliance policy, and standard work and work instructions.
Ensure that the Sciex Latin America East team can meet its customer commitments regarding instrument delivery and service spare parts availability in a compliant way and within financial guidelines.
Ensure that all processes are executed, as well as other goals, such as OTD, payment terms, quality while ensuring compliance.
Responsible for the various tasks and reports required for KPI, SQDIP, monthly financial and fiscal closure for logistics department
Work closely with the LATAM Planning Analyst regarding purchase of materials to ensure that the proper inventory is on hand to meet service delivery targets.
Work with the global supply chain and logistics organization to leverage Standard and best practices.
Provide backup coverage for other logistics team members as necessary
Any other duties/responsibilities assigned by manager from time to time
