**Essential Job Functions**
- Develop and maintain training documentation
- Support sales campaign readiness motions, in conjunction with marketing and offerings teams
- Create global onboarding documentation for ISB sales roles, ensuring consistency and clarity across regions
- Coordinate and deliver sales training sessions for product previews and key announcements
- Manage licensing and access for sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator/TeamLink Extend, and prospecting platforms like ZoomInfo;
- Liaise with sales operations to ensure catalog updates are accurately reflected in Salesforce, updated in enablement materials, and communicated to the sales team
- Design and implement sales effectiveness and productivity measures tailored to each sales role
- Support a closed-loop performance management process in collaboration with sales leaders and general managers
- Promote global consistency in role terminology across go-to-market functions, including Solutioning, Pre-Sales, and Sales.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training to large and diverse audiences (including leadership, sales, and technical teams)
- Excellent soft skills combined with analytical thinking and manage multiple in-flight projects with attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experienced in using Salesforce for sales processes and data management.

**Other Qualifications**
- Experience with Microsoft Planner and/or Seismic Momentum (nice to have)
- Background in Sales Enablement, Sales/Business Operations, or Talent Engagement, particularly in the development and implementation of onboarding programs
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools and processes is a plus.
