**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We're looking for a talented **Tech Lead | B2B Engagement** to join our **Technology and Product** Team in **Brazil**

The Engagement squad is a very dynamic team responsible for creating a connection between Gympass and the HR, helping the HR promote the benefit. You will be leading the team as a technical manager, driving initiatives like invitation, notifications, data reports and dashboards, gamification and marketing assets distribution.

The B2B tribe is a global tribe with members in Brazil, Portugal, United States and Spain. Our user is the HR and we focus on providing the best set of tools to seamlessly integrate Gympass into the company and its employees life.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- As a Staff Engineer you will research, architect, plan and execute strategic projects along with an A-Players software engineering team;
- Your deliverables influence B2B and B2C clients around the globe, by generating engagement with Gympass;
- Working on loosely defined project scopes, You will elaborate strategies to deliver solutions balancing feature and time to market, pairing with Product Managers, Product Designers and a cross-functional team;
- You will have the opportunity to nurture new tech talents, coaching less senior engineers to speed up their learning curve and reach their full potential.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
- Consolidated experience technically leading a software engineering team;
- Experience in Go or Java/ Kotlin+Spring (preferably);
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs;
- Solid Software quality and test automation mindset;
- Cloud computing (AWS) and Cloud Native (K8s) experience;
- Used to work with SQL technology such as PostgreSQL, MySQL;
- Used to work with microservices and high volume distributed systems;
- Used to work with events and asynchronous solutions;
- Focus on making things right and better at every opportunity.
