**Job Summary**:
As Scrum Master, you play a key role in the definition, development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Agile practices (with an emphasis on Scrum) within the organization. You will facilitate sprint planning, retrospective, and daily activities related to stand-ups and sprint burn down; as well as maintain relevant metrics that help the team see and understand their progress during a sprint. In this role you'll own and resolve identified impediments. As Scrum Master you're responsible for leading the continual Agile transformation and practices as well as promoting accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization.

This position requires superior communication skills, as well as a broad background in the technical aspects of engineering. They will work with a broad array of personalities and cultures both within the United States and internationally. The person in this role will collaborate with executive team members, engineering and product teams to help guide strategy, priorities and identify dependencies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform the role of scrum master for multiple teams, leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives of complex programs / release trains.
- Practices the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and practices continuous improvement.
- Facilitates sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives.
- Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress.
- Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (kpis), schedule, quality, delivery rate, resources, and milestone delivery to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improve.
- Strong mediation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business partners and various technology teams to deliver enterprise level solutions.
- Ensures teams maintain focus on continuous delivery.
- Innovates with practices and frameworks through experimentation to improve the team and their delivery.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as Scrum Master for software development project.
- Preferred: Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP).
- Personable and approachable, with an enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for excellence.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: R$4,000.00 - R$6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Campinas - SP: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
