**About the team**:
The demand planning team is responsible for creating strategic thinking focusing on demand planning, replenishment and inventory control. We create models, tools and ways to control and give visibility for our co-workers and business partners making better decisions. We are a technical and analytical team which believes that a good demand planning is the beginning of an efficient supply chain and a great way to leverage any company's sales
**About the Role**:
Be passionate about the dynamic of the supply chain. If you have deep knowledge of demand planning, creating forecasting models, hands on and great people skills
**Main Responsibilities**
- You'll be responsible of demand and purchase planning
- Build processes to manage and review demand as the business grows
- Identify any continuous improvements in the Inventory Manegement
- Drive S&OP process continuous improvements and local implementation
- Facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning by supporting a monthly consensus and demand review meeting
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards to provide comprehensive reports, analytics and visibility around S&OP process and planning performance to all cross functional stakeholders
- Acts as key point of contact for aligned customer groups to ensure strong visibility of product availability and/or supply issues back through the supply chain
**We are looking for someone who has**:
- Demand and supply planning skills
- Experience and/or contact with purchase planning
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and develop reports.
- Self-driven, outcome-driven and take initiative to drive the process.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Excel
**Desirable qualifications**:
- Knowledge in sql, tableau
- Have worked with S&OP/S&OE process
- Solid understanding of applied math and the statistical software programs used to create forecasts
- Experience in retail/e-retail
- Are excited about E-commerce and the endless opportunities in this industry
- Are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment close to outstanding professionals with deep human qualities
