**Job Description**:
Support distributors and direct customers, considering:

- Registration os Service Contract Order
- Coordinate the dispatch of field service engineers to service Rockwell products at customer locations to support our customers
- Support to solve issues;
- Registration of interactions through the Oracle Platform;
- Critical analysis and registration of contract orders;
- Comercial Support to Customers and Distributors;
- Software installed base maintenance;
- Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify and develop best practices;
- Support Global Projects;
- Seek resolution of problems and/or requests involving other areas of Rockwell or even Headquarters quickly and that meets the needs of customers.

Need to have
- Customer services experience
- Business, International Relationship or engineering degree;
- Fluent Portuguese;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Office knowledge (excel);
- Analytical;
- Committed and Proactive

Good to have
- SAP knowledge and experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Spanish Intermediary.
