**Responsabilities**:

- Design all kid’s styles delivering the best selection to boys and girls from 0 to 12 years old, providing the latest trends and new best sellers
- Research, identify and propose new trends, prints, fabrics, and techniques, create inspiration boards, advocate and influence trend ideas in assortment
- Assemble a digital board with materials and design references to communicate with the development team and patternmakers
- Do retail research, study competitors, and prepare reports that support your research
- Help to create and assemble seasonal trends presentations
- Delivery detailed sketches to Developers and participate in fittings to ensure volumes, details, and fitting are within our standards and respect the defined trend
- Be curious about clients' demand to create new products and improve sales
- Always focus on delivering best seller products and latest trends designs working close to Fashion Design Lead and Category Managers to win the market
- Help to select fabrics and trims
- Render designs if necessary so we can choose the colors and combinations wisely
- Assemble collection maps for Development and Assortment Definition and keep them organized
- Participate in meetings with suppliers to explain your styles
- Participate in the weekly fitting approval
- Register styles in PLM
- Help with daily tasks such as design scanning and keeping files in Google Drive organized

**Requirements**:

- Design experience in kids apparel (would be nice)
- Willingness to work in the kid's category (a most)
- Could have experience in other categories
