**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related role;
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business processes (Revenue, Bookings, ARPPU, Cash In, etc.);
- Sufficiently proficient in Python and SQL for analytics & automatisation;
- Working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, PySpark, Airflow);
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Familiar with educational products;
- Able to independently analyze data and generate hypotheses;
- Experience with PySpark.

What you will do:

- Maintain and develop financial reporting for all business units (Product, Marketing, HQ);
- Analyze key metrics such as First Cash, Bookings, Refunds, Revenue;
- Supervise revenue recognition process, adapt revenue recognition to the new products
- Work on automating financial reports and processes using modern tools (PySpark, Airflow, Tableau);
- Develop dashboards and reports for various stakeholders (management, operational teams);
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and other teams to create analytics that meet current and strategic business needs.
