We are seeking a Consultant, Senior to provide quality customer support to our new and existing customer base at Infor Brazil. It is a visible position that requires a substantive level of proactive problem solving.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

- Consultants in general help clients achieve their business goals by providing expert advice in their field of proficiency.
- Assess business needs, configure modules, provide user training and ensure optimal system utilization while enhancing efficiency, and productivity.
- Achieve project objectives.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and agree on the scope of each project.
- Conducting research, surveys, and interviews.
- Analyze data to gain insights into our customer's business.
- Define and resolve issues.
- Manage customer meetings on a continuous basis.
- Develop improvement plans based on the customer's needs.

Basic Qualifications:

- ERP functional consultancy experience.
- Full proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Open to travel 50% time.
- Logistics and/or Manufacturing ERP experience.
- Brazil localization experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project management experience.
- Experience with software consulting.
