Job SummaryThe Global GRA Strategy & Operations Associate Manager partners with the VP of GRA and global GRA leaders to deliver actionable insights, harmonize regional and global processes, and coordinate strategic initiatives across compliance, training, budgeting, and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze and report on GRA performance metrics, including KPIs for TechInfo and Compliance.
- Oversee GRA budget tracking and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, operational summaries, and compliance reports.- Process Alignment & Governance
- Ensure regional GRA processes are aligned with global standards and principles.
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities across regions.
- Support consistency in reporting practices among regional leads.- Training Program Coordination
- Coordinate the implementation of global training programs in collaboration with GRA leaders.
- Track training execution and ensure alignment with global learning objectives.- Operational & Strategic Support
- Coordinate and maintain GRA distribution lists to support global communications.
- Support RTO activities
- Support the execution and follow-up of strategic initiatives and operational plans.- Meeting & Communication Management
- Organize and manage the agenda for GRA meetings
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint decks based on leadership input for strategic, operational, and training purposes.
- Support communication efforts for global GRA initiatives.
