Responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business.

As a Materials Planner, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs
- Working with the Product Line, Sales, Service Delivery and AMO to prioritize delivery dates as needed
- Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly
- Interface with sales, customer care, suppliers and logistics in order to schedule the receipt of material to meet customer demand
- Engaging teams to assure that the problems are solved in timely manner and with no impact to customer and OTD
- PO creation and inter company vendor management
- Keeping the ETA dates updated in the system
- Strong negotiating skills and experience contacting suppliers / vendors regarding fulfillment and manufacturing issues
- Establish plant production schedules, WIP job management and maintain inventory database / cost structure
- Assuring that the material arrives on time and push entire organization to achieve commitment dates

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have an education background in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Able to speak and write in English and Spanish
- Have a good understanding of SAP
