DevOps Manager

What you’ll do for us- Manage all aspects of o9 platform deployment and technical operations- Manage DevOps team, assigning and monitoring work tasks and ensuring quality and efficiency is maintained- Hire and grow DevOps talent- Lead, plan, build, configure, test, and deploy DevOps solutions- Collaborate with internal and external customers to manage o9 platform deployment, maintenance and support needs- Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals- Develop and deploy best in class automation to efficiently manage o9 platform deployments- Analyze and approve code and configuration changes

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred

Experience:
- Management experience : 6+ years of experience building and leading high performing diverse teams either as DevOps manager or Software Development Manager.-
- 3 years of experience with Dockers or similar, 2 years of experience with Kubernetes or similar;- Working experience monitoring tool/stack (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, Newrelic)

Skills:
- Proficient with Cloud Operations (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Jenkins or similar technologies, Ansible, Terraform, Administration of databases (MS SQL, Mongo)- Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and testing skills- Ability to deliver independently and to translate requirements into technical solutions with mínimal supervision- Ability and flexibility to work with teams globally, across time zones
