**The Team you will be part**:
You will be part of the LAR FP&A, Accounting, Treasury and SSC team. The finance team manages the planning and direction of finance processes and activities.Activities include the efficient and cost-effective operation of operating systems and programs.

**Position Summary Responsabilities**:

- Support the consolidation of the entire region’s financial planning routines (Monthly Outlooks, Profit Plan, LRP).
- Manage calendar and deliverables in order to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of monthly global submission.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs trends and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
- Be a team player working with multiple cross functional teams in a collaborative and constructive manner.
- Act as PMO for continuous improvement projects for the region.
- Create useful and automated templates to gather data from subregions/workstreams and consolidate them in a single source of information.
- Generate data insights, identify and discuss risks and opportunities, and create presentations to board Implement technology and leverage data analytics.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Engineering.
- Professional experience in FP&A or similar
- Data Analytics experience

**Desirable requirements**:

- English proficiency
- Spanish
