Sobre la posición:
Buscamos un HR-ADM Analyst con inglés para sumarse al equipo de Recursos Humanos y administración de personal y participar en distintos proyectos conformados por equipos multiculturales distribuidos en todo el mundo. Buscamos personas proactivas, dinámicas y team players, con gran capacidad de organización, acostumbradas a manejar múltiples tareas y con marcada atención al detalle. Se trata de una excelente oportunidad para aquellos profesionales que busquen desarrollarse en una de las empresas con mayor crecimiento de la industria

Principales responsabilidades:

- Colaborar en la recopilación y validación de las novedades del mes (licencias, vacaciones, aumentos, etc.).
- Colaborar en el proceso de alta y baja de nuestros empleados.
- Participar activamente en la mejora de los procesos del área y cross-área.
- Colaborar en la documentación de procesos y análisis de mejoras en los mismos
- Colaborar en la interacción del área de HR-ADM con entidades/proveedores externos.
- Preparar reportes e informes requeridos por la gerencia u otras áreas de control.
- Asistir a diferente público en materia laboral.
- Asistir al área de Administración.

¿Qué Buscamos?
- Estudiante avanzado o graduado de carreras afines a la búsqueda.
- Experiência laboral de 3 años en similares posiciones.
- Experiência en empresas de servicios.
- Nível de inglés intermedio.
