Analista de Controle de Qualidade Pleno

Desenvolver e validar metodologia analítica para produtos novos e de linha;
Elaborar/revisar protocolo e relatório de validação;
Realizar análises de controle de qualidade de produtos acabados;
Acompanhar e revisar documentos estabilidade;
Conduzir investigações de resultados fora de especificação e fora de tendência;
Investigar problemas e propor soluções relacionadas à equipamentos durante a validação e análise de rotina;
Abrir/avaliar Não Conformidades, CAPA e Controle de Mudanças, e executar ações (quando aplicável), pertinentes ao CQ;
Realizar investigações de reclamação de mercado de produtos farmacêuticos;
Organizar e controlar os estoques de materiais do Controle de Qualidade. Controlar o uso de colunas de HPLC;
Executar o trabalho conforme normas de segurança, saúde ocupacional e preservação ambiental;
Elaborar e revisar procedimentos operacionais padrão e metodologia/especificações relacionados à produto acabado;
Contribuir com temas de CQ para elaboração de Parecer Técnico da Empresa (PATE).
