Tasks Management Specialist at BairesDev

Our Tasks Management Specialists are senior developers with a deep commitment to quality. They produce highly optimized, production-ready code every day. They don't need to be sold on the importance of documentation or teamwork because they see it as a cornerstone of their work. They are passionate, active members of our community who enjoy sharing knowledge, challenging and being challenged by other developers, and are truly committed to improving themselves and those around them.

What you will do:

- Define and control processes related to task management.
- Coach managers on best practices for scheduling their tasks and those of their subordinates.
- Act as a supporting Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc. in any area that could benefit from such a role.
- Proactively analyze and suggest improvements to task management processes and practices.
- Auditing the proper use of our task management tools (Jira), highlighting and correcting deviations from best practices.

Here's what we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in the role.
- Formal Agile and Scrum certification or demonstrated knowledge.
- Thorough understanding of Jira usage and configuration (Jira certification is an asset).
- Previous work experience in the IT market.
- Advanced level of English.
