**About the role**:
To support our growth in Brazil we’re looking for an **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team. Your role will be to support the Brazilian Sales Team to execute world-class sales initiatives across a wide range of functions, including sales, sales strategy and communications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calling to existing and potential customers to extend offers to upgrade
- Working with network contractors to fulfil upgrades for customers
- Understand customer needs and offering solutions and support
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information
- Tracking customer interactions with customer service tickets
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients

**Experience**:

- High School Diploma - Degree in business/marketing preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience with PC and MAC OS X
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with both external customers and internal employees
