**Your Upcoming Challenge**:
**In this job you will**
- Work with Sales, Channel, Product and Marketing to identify common marketing needs for the local region.
- Collaborate with Global marketing counterparts to pilot new campaign approaches and channel strategies.
- Coordination of PR agency activities.
- Negotiation of company’s presence in events; sponsorships.
- Coordination of brand campaigns, supported by agency.
- Support to procurement process.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled across all regions
- Help to scale successful campaign models to other regions by working regional sales team.
- Coordinates planning and budgeting processes for Latin America Marketing, ensuring all countries are in line with proposed targets
- Supports all regional processes being a key marketing point of contact for external partners and our global teams.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategy or creative strategy role
- Investigative / Analyst/ intelligence background - a must.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
- Understanding of platforms and social media best practices
- Both a strong team player and a self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills: great communicator, ability to connect and build long-lasting relationships and trust with customers.
- Willingness to regularly travel throughout the assigned region.
- Motivated, energetic, hungry to succeed, and able to generate excitement on a regular basis.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Self-motivated.
- Familiar working in Home Office environment.
