A Terrana está contratando Faturista para atuar em Duque de Caxias - RJ

O profissional será responsável pela rotina administrativa e acompanhamento operacionais, em atividades como:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Emissão de nota fiscal (Faturamento)
- Roteirização de carga
- Programação de entrega
- Rastreabilidade e rentabilidade de veículos
- Emissão de ordens de carregamento e coleta em usina
- Recepcionamento e atendimento de clientes e motorista
- Lançamento de NF´s de compra
- Revisão e fechamento do estoque nas armazenadoras
- Realização de fechamentos diários, descendais e mensal
- Elaboração a apresentação dos resultados mensais para reuniões junto ao gestor direto.

**Requisitos**:

- Vivência com rotinas administrativas tais como: Atendimento ao cliente, Emissão de Nota fiscal, arquivos físicos e digitais, roteirização de cargas, rastreamento de veículos.
- Conhecimento nas rotinas de distribuição de combustível como: Avaliação e fechamento de Estoque, avaliação documental de caminhões tanque e motoristas, apuração de perdas e sobras.
- Trabalho em Equipe, boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
- Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, desejável ORACLE.
- Formação Superior em andamento ou completa em Administração, Logística e áreas correlatadas
- Pacote Office
- Inglês desejável
- CNH
- Disponibilidade de horários
- Disponibilidade para viagens
