**Job description/specification**:
Nonius is looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales team in the Region.

This position is based in the city of São Paulo in Brazil.

**Responsibilities**:

- Commercial prospection of new customers for Nonius Products/Solutions according to KAM (Key Account Manager) strategy
- Presentation and sale via telephone of existing products
- Reconnect with suspended opportunities
- Management of Hotel Group customer activation processes
- Scheduling commercial visits for new sales and visits to the Showroom Nonius BR
- Telephone support and after sales support
- Calls and completion of customer satisfaction surveys according to internal process
- Support for KAMs for organizing agendas, travel, events, printing and organizing documents
- Completion of CRM/Pipedrive according to Nonius process
- Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly report according to Nonius process

**Must Have**:

- Bachelor Degreein Sales, Management or relevant areas
- Experience in sales
- Empathy for helping customers and ability to manage customer expectations
- Good telephone communication skills
- Fluency in English

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in hospitality
- Additional languages
