**The Role**

We are looking for a skilled Senior Front-End Web Developer who is eager to help scale up a fast-growing company and take leadership of big initiatives. You will play an important role in architecting and building the next generation of our product, built in React. You'll be the technical lead and owner of big pieces of software, meaning you will get to choose what tools and technologies we use, and your work will directly shape the future of the company. You’ll join a global team of passionate engineers, and most importantly, you’ll also be part of a culture that is built upon trust, empathy, and hard work. This role is 100% remote.

Our platform helps our clients (Nike, Google, LinkedIn, Citi, JPMorgan, Coca-Cola) maintain and maximize relationships with their Alumni. Through our platform, customers are able to drive recruiting efforts, sales opportunities, and brand advocates back into their organization.

**What you will be doing**:

- Architect and develop large pieces of our product, built from the ground up in React.
- Help build tools and libraries to improve internal processes.
- Develop new user-facing features in React and Angular.
- Work directly with designers to deliver the best UI/UX implementations.
- Collaborate well and communicate clearly with other engineers, product owners, and UI designers.

**To be effective in this role**:

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in software development.
- Expertise with React, some Angular experience.
- Knowledgable about industry standards and able to make decisions based on tradeoffs.
- Keen attention to detail, self-motivated.
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable working remotely with teams distributed globally, across different time zones.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, or Flutter a big plus.
