**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a** Sales Development Representative** to our **Client Sales** team in **São Paulo**

This role is to join the Sales Dev SMB team in Brazil, responsible for generating opportunities for the Account Executive team. As a SDR, you will be responsible to receive Inbound Leads and start a sequence of contacts with the objective to qualify and generate opportunities. The position will work closely with the Account Executive team to align and improve the business opportunities. **YOUR IMPACT**:

- Receive Inbound Leads that are gathered from prospects reaching out directly to our website, chatbot, register for webinars, and download Gympass content;
- Manager a pipeline of leads and guarantee follow-up;
- Collaborate with the business development team and educate them on the details of opportunities;
- Manage expectations and overcome objections;
- Achieve or exceed our sales goals;
- Demonstrate the value of Gympass by educating companies on the importance of our company's mission;
- Become the "go-to" person regarding new and existing target industries across multiple sectors and geographies;
- Roll up your sleeves and help when needed.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- A true team player how loves collaborating in order to achieve both group and individual goals;
- Tenacious and goal oriented - a plus if you have proven experience in business development, sales, relationship management ou account management
- Self starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization;
- Coachable as well a visionary;
- Process strong verbal and written communications skills;
- Fluent English is a must - you´ll be in touch with global teams;
- A strong communicator both written and verbal.
