**Indirect Senior Buyer at Novonesis Brazil, Curitiba**

Novonesis is searching for a Senior Buyer who will work closely together with other Category Buyers and Buyers and be responsible for tactical and operational procurement within a site/region securing efficient day-to-day operations with delivery of products and services in the right scope, quality, at the right place, and at the right time. This role will focus on vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost optimization across various service categories, including Facility Services, Capex and MRO (Maintenance).

As part of Procurement Department, you will join an ambitious team that enable growth via close collaboration throughout the supply chain and across regions, and by balancing quality, cost and risk - for the better of Novonesis.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and negotiation of commercial terms and contracts

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key service providers and internal clients

- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities and optimize costs

- Collaborate with legal, finance, and departmental stakeholders to manage risk and support contract lifecycle

- Stakeholder management at many different organization levels and across sites in Brazil

- Communicate and collaborate with 1) internal stakeholders/line of business 2) share knowledge, collaborate and back-up for other buyers in the region and 3) suppliers

- Continuously improve procurement strategies for indirect categories through spend analysis and supplier development

**Qualification and work experience**

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or Purchasing Officer

- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier management

- Experience working with ERP SAP

- At least intermediate English level

**Key Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
