Recruiting / Operations Manager at Ai Start-up

**Company Description**:
Clera is a fast-growing AI start-up that is rethinking the way how top talents find their next dream jobs. We are working with some of the leading start-ups like Mintlify, Luminai and Windsurf, many in AI, all VC-backed. We believe that the recruiting process needs to be talent-first to make it easy to get in touch with those companies, be coached in the journey and actually get hired.

**Role Description**:

- Understanding talent requirements and finding the perfect-matching jobs in our network

We focus on software engineers and GTM talent in the US. You will be part of our early-stage team, work directly with the founders and see how we build out our AI start-up. We are looking for someone who can work with us in-office in Guarujá initially. Later you will work remote.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Openness for a start-up with its scrappy processes

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guarujá - SP: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
