We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive **Creative Project Manager** to join our growing remote team. **What You’ll Do**:
As a **Creative Project Manager**, you’ll oversee video projects from start to finish and working closely with our editors, leadership team, and sometimes directly with clients. You’ll help maintain quality, improve processes, and keep everything running smoothly and on time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Manage timelines, deadlines, and priorities for multiple creative video projects
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure consistency, clarity, and branding alignment
- Act as a communication bridge between editors and leadership
- Maintain clear project documentation, trackers, and team updates
- Integrate feedback quickly and effectively
- Help onboard new editors and ensure they’re aligned with MarketU’s standards
- Participate in regular team check-ins and performance reviews

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 2+ years experience in creative or video project management
- Experience or working knowledge of video editing tools like **Premiere Pro** or **DaVinci Resolve**:

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, and Drive
- Availability to work full-time (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday) on **Pacific Standard Time (PST)**

**Compensation**:
USD $1,500/month
- Paid in USD regardless of location_
