**About Elfie**

Elfie has the ambitious mission to save millions of people every year. Our vision is to provide a holistic and gamified solution to chronic diseases, the silent killers of our generation.

As you may already know, 25% of all people die from one of 3 chronic diseases: hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol. On the positive front, it could be avoided if people followed their doctor's prescription and lifestyle recommendations. Unfortunately, they don't due to lack of awareness of danger, unwillingness to change lifestyle,and costs to follow treatment (lifelong).

**Role and responsibilities**

We are hiring a dynamic project manager to drive major projects within digital health.

Reporting to the Brazil general manager and the C-Suite, you will be in charge of thinking, implementing and leading digital health projects in all their fronts. This, working closely with our main partner (a pharmaceutical company).

Besides the global project management, part of your mission will also be: to look for and develop new brand partnerships to include rewards (cf. gamification features in the Elfie app); accelerate the adoption of the solution within the public health system; identify medical and sales opportunities in Brazil; Ensure the success of clinical studies linked to the projects you'll be leading and create content in relation with chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, angina...) based on medical evidences.

**Experience & expertise needed**
- A medical background is a huge + for the job or experience in the healthcare sector with prior exposure to pharmaceutical companies ways to working;
- Experience in leading projects in multinational companies;
- Experience creating contents for general audience and "popularize" medical evidences
- Experience in clinical studies management
- Digital health expertise, multi-tasker who can manage several projects at once.
- Result driven person with ability to maintain timing for projects your are leading.
- Quick to learn new technologies and enjoy collaborating with team members across various disciplines and countries. You are hands-on and detailed-oriented.
- Used to work in the health environment and are very familiar with the Brazilian health system.
- Native Brazilian and totally fluent in english
- Strong relationship skills
