Shipping/receiving Clerk

Role Summary:
As a Shipping / Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing materials to their respective departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify invoices;
- Check the cargo;
- Sort products;
- Assist in unloading transport vehicles;
- Maintain a tidy work environment;
- Record material inflows and outflows;
- Distribute materials to appropriate departments post-reception using the system;
- Monitor all sector KPIs;
- Other assigned tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
- 1 year of experience in the field;
- Basic English proficiency;
- Basic knowledge of inventory management;
- Experience with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

- Experience with forklift operation is preferred.
- Experience with ERP / MRP systems such as PRMS or SAP is preferred.
