**About the area and Project**: The Market Implementation Lead is the key market contact for the Brazil deployment of SAP S/4 Hana program which is primarily led out of the UK.

**Day-to-day responsibilities**:Ensuring that the project plan is understood and that local activities are executed in accordance with the global plan (centrally driven by the program) Creation of market status reports Liaising with the wave deployment leader in scheduling the main activity, coordinating the availability of local resources/resources to complete market led activity on data cleansing plan with local data with business teams. Data migration preparation - preparation, mapping, planning actively support business in all project activities consult third 3PL/Banks/ when necessary lead local and global project plan with implementation leader conducting local change impact assessment change. Program Ambassador incorporating change locally coordinating local activity with test plans, script validation, local test coordination leading go live transition planning support, hypercare activity works closely with key local stakeholders, FD, supply chain supplies in the local Italian market to ensure project activities, plans are understood locally.

**Mandatory technical requirements**:

- Business process finance and /or supply chain.
- Knowledge of local data.
- Ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
- Finance business process knowledge.
- Supply chain understanding of the process, working with 3PLWide understanding of local business fiscal, regulatory, and legal.
- Flexible, agile working practice

- Proactive approach to difficult situations
- Problem-solving frame of mind

**About the Job Title**:
Understand customer needs and define how SAP will be used to meet the needs of the business areas;
Configure SAP, applied to the specific functional areas of the business;
Pass on knowledge of systemic changes in your business area to key users;
Document the proposed solution;
Support and guide key users during testing cycles;
Provide support to users after going live as a way of supporting the transition and operation process;
Develop and review the functional specifications of your specialty;
Act in testing activities of your specialty;
Design and build the scenario solution together with key users;
Identify failures and opportunities for process improvements;
Conduct training and workshops on the fronts of its performance;
Replicate knowledge on the front where it operates;
Be a technical reference for the team and customers.

**Hiring Methods and overall information**:

- 100% remote role
- Average of 168 hours per month.
- You could be hired as a CLT employee (payment in Real) or as an Independent Contractor (payment in American Dollars).
- Work according to the EST Time zone
